Hard Rock Hotel Holdings, LLC and HRHH IP, LLC entered into a license agreement with the Pueblo of Isleta enabling the Pueblo of Isleta to brand its newly expanded hotel and casino near Albuquerque, New Mexico under the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino name. The premier entertainment and destination resort features a 6 story tower and a total of 201 guest rooms; approximately 100,000 square foot casino; a relaxing indoor/outdoor pool; 30,000 square feet of convention space; a 2,500 seat multi-purpose theater for concerts and sporting events; several new restaurants; and a cocktail lounge. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Albuquerque is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar property improvement plan and is slated to open June 1, 2010 while continuing to operate with no disruption during the renovation. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Albuquerque will be the first and only Hard Rock branded Casino in the state of New Mexico. In accordance with Hard Rock’s high standard of service, attention to detail and unique experience, the new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Albuquerque will also include entertainment, the décor, memorabilia, and merchandise that have made the Hard Rock brand famous around the world.
